German “Officials” Call to Change Constitution After Munich Shooting; Military On Streets, Gun Control

The bodies of the victims of Munich’s recent mass shooting barely cold, German “authorities” and politicians have wasted no time in calling for more police state measures and the further clamp down on access to gun ownership in Germany.

Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Hermann is now pushing for going so far as to revise the German Constitution so that limits placed on using the military domestically can be removed, allowing the German military to be used inside Germany for “large-scale terrorist situations.”

The limits on Germany’s military were put in place after World War II and in response to Germany’s experience with the Nazi regime with all its excesses, totalitarianism, violence, and genocide.

Hermann stated that Germany is “an absolutely stable democracy” and, as such, Germans should be perfectly fine with having their military deployed on German streets.

Baden-Wurttemberg’s Interior Minister also hinted at the possibility of changing the German Constitution in a manner similar to Hermann.

Social Democrats and Greens have criticized the statements as opportunism.

Likewise, Germans are now hearing arguments that Germany’s already oppressive gun laws should be tightened even more, thus restricting an already highly restricted population’s access to firearms and a means to defend themselves from crime and the possibility of a tyrannical government, both concepts Germans should be quite familiar with.

Still, Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel stated that even stricter laws are needed in regard to gun ownership and access to weapons, saying to Funke Media Group that “we need to do everything further possible to curb the access to deadly weapons and strictly control them.”

French President Francois Hollande announced the mobilization of the operational reserve of 10 thousand military and police. This order is justified strengthening of measures to maintain security after the terrorist attacks in Nice.

Background on the Nice attack from Katehon:

An identity card belonging to 31-year-old man with dual French-Tunisian nationality was found also. The owner’s name is not disclosed. Whether it was the driver’s papers, is still unknown.
The identity of the driver is not installed, Hollande said, speaking on television.

According to experts of the analytical center Katehon attacks in France are associated with changes in the geopolitical balance in Europe after the referendum on the withdrawal of Great Britain from the European Union. The United States use its proxies Islamists against continental Europe, when European chances to gain geopolitical independence increased significantly after the British people voted for Brexit. It was demonstrated by the NATO summit in Warsaw, in which France took the most moderate position towards Russia.

The purpose of the attacks – to sow fear in the community and enhance American control over Europe by appealing to the need for closer cooperation with the US in the field of security.

French Government orders destruction of CCTV videos in Nice Attacks

A report in 21st of July edition of Le Figaro newspaper states that France’s anti-terrorist executive ( sous-direction anti-terroriste- SDAT) has ordered Nice’s urban surveillance authorities to destroy all CCTV footage of the Nice Attacks on Bastille Day that rocked the city on the 14th of July 2016.

Although SDAT have cited articles 53 and L706-24 of the prosecution procedure and article R642-1 of the penal code, authorities in Nice interviewed by Le Figaro say that it is the first time they have ever been asked to destroy evidence at a crime scene – something they point out is illegal.

The explanation given by the French Ministry of Justice is that they don’t want ‘uncontrolled’ and ‘non-authorised (non maîtrisée) diffusion of the images of the terrorist attacks. The Judicial Police have noted that 140 videos of the attacks in their possession show ‘important pieces of the inquiry’ (éléments d’enquête intéressants). The French government claims it wants to prevent ISIS from gaining access to videos of the attacks for the purposes of propaganda. They also claim that the destruction of evidence is intended to protect the families of the victims. The comments section of the Le Figaro article is replete with outrage and disgust by the fact that the French government, instead of preserving evidence for the purposes of a thorough, independent investigation, is in fact behaving rather more like the chief suspect in the attack – ordering the destruction of vital evidence.

There is something rotten in France’s Judicial Police. Shortly after the Charlie Hebdo attacks on the 7th of January 2015, the judicial police behaved suspiciously before and as they did after the ‘suicide’ of Limoge’s deputy Police Commissioner Helric Fredou. Fredou was found dead shortly after the arrival of the French Judicial Police to his office in Limoges shortly after the Charlie Hebdo massacre. His family were not allowed see his body for 24 hours after his death; they suspect foul play. The Judicial Police claimed he had shot himself in the head, though his mother said she did not see evidence of this. The police commissioner was said to be suffering from depression, a claim denied by the family doctor. Fredou was found dead in his office before the publication of a report on the relationship between Jeanette Bougrab, a former press secretary of Nicolas Sarkozy, and one of the deceased in the attack, Stéphane Charbonnier

The relationship between Bougrab, who is close to all the leaders of the French Zionist movement, and Charb, was one of the most controversial aspects of the Charlie Hebdo massacre story. Fredou was also investigating the background of the Kouachi brothers who were accused of the massacre. They had lived in the town of Limoges.

An article in France’s l’Est Républicain newspaper attempts to reassure the public of the French government’s bona fides with the title ‘No, the footage of the attack has not been deleted’. The report asserts that the Ministry of Justice have not ordered the destruction of evidence but just the deletion of the images from the cameras in Nice. This reassurance might be enough to placate those who are loathe to question the narrative of the war on terror. But, as the recent booing of French Prime Minister Manuel Valls in Nice showed, the French people are waking up.

“François, Tu es un criminel”: President Hollande Ordered the Massacre of Syrian Women and Children In Retaliation for the “Alleged” ISIS Bastille Day Attack

In the immediate wake of the 14th of July Nice Terror Attack which resulted in more than 84 dead, France’s President Francois Hollande intimated in an official address (without evidence) that the attacks had been conducted by the Islamic State based in Northern Syria. He immediately ordered the French Air Force to intensify the bombing campaign allegedly against the ISIS in Northern Syria. 

“We will strengthen our actions in Syria and Iraq, we will continue to strike those who attack us”,  said Hollande in a national address, intimating that France had been attacked by a foreign power.

In a subsequent address, Francois Hollande said: ¨France is filled with sadness by this new tragedy…. France as a whole is under the threat of Islamic terrorism…We have to demonstrate absolute vigilance and show determination that is unfailing.”

At 10pm on the 14th of July he wrote on his Twitter that France was “bereaved and afflicted” but stronger than “the [ISIS] fanatics that want to strike her today,”

This statement was later confirmed in his  TV address to the nation below:

In a bitter irony, France’s Interior Minister –who oversees police operations throughout the country– confirmed that ISIS was not behind the Bastille Day Terror attack:

The French interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve has said there is no evidence linking Isis to the Bastille Day attacks in Nice, despite the terror group claiming responsibility. … Mr Cazeneuve said investigators have so far not established any links between Bouhlel and a specific terrorist network. (Independent, July 18, 2016)

Yet this did not prevent Francois Hollande from launching the air raids allegedly against the Islamic State.

Francois Hollande –casually ignoring the advice of his own government–  went ahead and ordered an escalation of the bombing campaign, resulting in a massacre of more than 140 innocent Syrians, mainly women and children.

‘You’re a wan*er!’ Moment brave man confronts Munich gunman caught on camera

In the video posted on social media, a man can be heard yelling at the suspected shooter in a car park.

The bloke screams at him that he is “not German, he’s a w***er”.

It was apparently after the suspect walked across the carpark roof shouting: “I am a German!”

But the bystander tells him he is a “w***er” and an “arsehole” as he urges him to drop his weapon.

The gunman then warns him to “shut your trap” before more shots were fired.

A 32-year-old resident of Riesstraße witnessed one of the attackers run into the shopping centre from the balcony of his flat.

He claims the suspect – who was wearing dark trousers, a dark t-shirt and carrying a red backpack – was clutching what he thinks was a pistol.

The gunman also told witnesses he is “not treated well” in Germany and said he was a benefit claimant.

It has emerged the gunman may have lured children to their deaths with a fake Facebook post offering free meals at McDonalds.

The chlling detail was revealed in a press conference in the wake of the attack which left 10 dead.

Munich Shopping Centre shooting OEZ Olympia shopping center gunmen

German cops have confirmed the 10 people who have died dead, include the gunman, who killed himself.

A total of 16 others were injured, three of them critically, and police confirmed some of those killed were children.

His body was found in a park next to the shopping centre and police are currently checking his rucksack for explosives.

Cops have confirmed he was the only gunman, despite initial claims there were three armed lunatics on the loose.

Nice attacker Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel not a Muslim? Was he arrested by French police?

Editor’s note: This is an intersting video that shows a man being arrested by the police, right next to the back of the truck. It has been widley reported by the media that the driver of the truck was killed.

Comments to the video suggests that the police were not taking any chances and decided to “secure” the man, before haulling him off, even if it was a victim, considering the chaos at the scene.

According to NY Daily news the driver of the truck, Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, had long criminal record but no links to extremist groups and claims he was not a muslim:

He was nothing special.

The terrorist truck driver who slaughtered 84 people in the French Riviera city of Nice was a boozing deliveryman with a violent criminal past — but had no apparent ties to religious extremism.

Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel was a petty criminal who drank alcohol, beat his wife, and had a blatant disregarded for the basic tenets of Islam, according to relatives and neighbors.

“Bouhlel was not religious. He did not go to the mosque. He did not pray. He did not observe Ramadan,” his wife’s cousin Walid Hamou told MailOnline. “He drank alcohol, ate pork and took drugs. This is all forbidden under Islam.

“He was not a Muslim. He was a s–t. He beat his wife, my cousin. He was a nasty piece of work.”

Neighbors described the 31-year-old, who was born in Tunisia and had dual French citizenship, as a skirt-chasing father of three bitter about his recent divorce.

“He was rude and bit weird,” a neighbor told BFM-TV. “We would hold the door open for him and he would just blank him.

“He kept to himself but would always rant about his wife. He had marital problems and would tell people in the local cafe. He scared my children though,” the neighbor added.

Bouhlel and his wife separated about two years ago and he moved out of the couple’s apartment in the Le Ray neighborhood of the city, less than 3 miles from the seaside strip where he left a trail of blood and bodies Thursday.

Police searched the home as well as an apartment Bouhlel was living in Friday.

His estranged wife was reportedly taken into protective custody by police after the carnage.

A friend close to Bouhlel’s wife told the BBC that Bouhlel was thrown out of the home more than a year ago after he became violent.

In Tunisia, the killer’s father told RTL, a European news service, that his son had a history of mental illness.

“He had some difficult times,” his dad said. “I took him to a psychiatrist, he took treatment and he said that he was suffering from a very serious illness.”

Bouhlel had a lengthy rap sheet and had been busted for armed robbery, domestic violence and making threats. And he was once arrested after he fell asleep while driving for work. His last conviction came in March, when he received a six-month suspended sentence for using a wooden pallet as a weapon against another driver during a traffic incident.

Bouhlel was “totally unknown to intelligence services … and was never flagged for signs of radicalization,” said anti-terror prosecutor Francois Molins.

He had no known ties to any terrorist group, and no radical organization has claimed responsibility for his deadly Bastille Day massacre.

Witnesses said the deranged truck driver screamed, “Allahu Akbar” — “God is great” in Arabic — before opening fire on the crowd Thursday night and then driving through the throngs of people.

However, neighbors who lived near Bouhlel’s apartment said the dad wasn’t religious, and was more interested in women than waging war on the West.

One neighbor called Bouhlel “depressed and unstable, even aggressive” — all qualities she chalked up to his relationship problems. Another said Bouhlel was “more into women than religion.”

“He didn’t pray and liked girls and salsa,” the neighbor said, according to BFM-TV.
